Refund policy
If you have changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please return it within 30 days in its original condition with proof of purchase. We will exchange or refund it, as long as it meets our terms and conditions explained on this page:
Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them and in the original packaging.
- You will need to provide proof of purchase (order confirmation).
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods. We will arrange a replacement or refund, including any return shipping costs.
How to Return an Item

When you are ready to return your goods to us, please ensure that the Returns Reference is noted clearly on the consignment.
How you'll be refunded
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.
